The FMA has been very flexible with hours. There is some days where I would start work earlier and others where I would end earlier. This approach requires trust but with adequate oversight makes me my most productive.

I mean it was great you could work from home and also there was some leeway around when you might start or finish depending on whether you have finished your work.
