We are currently accepting applications for our 2025 Graduate Program.  

What our two-year Graduate Program offers:

Kicking off in February 2025, you will begin your permanent role with your first job placement which is carefully selected based on your foundational skills and interest areas, ensuring you are set up for success.  

  • Total Fixed Remuneration (TFR) $84,000.00 Inclusive of Superannuation reviewed annually so that you are rewarded for your effort and dedication.

What your role may include:

  • Collaborate with the construction team, community, and key stakeholders to address queries and effectively manage raised concerns through designated communication channels. 
  • Coordinate with the construction team to ensure timely and informative notifications to the community and stakeholders about upcoming works, in alignment with the Community Relations strategy. 
  • Plan and conduct outreach activities with external stakeholders to enhance John Holland's reputation and foster positive relationships. 
  • Develop and communicate community and stakeholder awareness programs, as well as risk minimisation initiatives, through inductions and presentations. 
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community and stakeholder engagement activities, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
