The graduate program involves working on an individual project that aims to solve a real business issue. You also get the opportunity to work on another project within an international ‘agile’ team. You can take ownership of your day-to-day, and that changes depending on what function you are in and what your projects focus on. For me, I was able to research and interview suppliers for a piece of marketing tech that I recommended to the business.
