New women's network, we always have events on in recognition of various minorities (eg. wear it purple day). We had a survey recently around how to improve diversity and inclusion and PP takes steps to put the feedback from these into action.

The company appears to be making a concerted effort to improve diversity and celebrates cultural events/days and they have a women's network. I believe they are improving maternity leave and such policies. There is a roughly 50% split of gender, but that is very skewed towards men the more senior you go. E.g. at partner level, barely any females.
