Managers are friendly and extremely competent. Great leadership at the firm.

Managers so far have been incredibly helpful, communicative and supportive. Feedback is good they make a point of organising firm-wide regular feedback cycles.

The managers are good coaches. Feedback is often given at the end of every job.

They are more than likely always available to help, and they also care about your personal life as much as work life, so they make you feel really comfortable and free to talk to. They also provide consistent feedback and if you have done some great work, they will let you know about it.

Despite their high expectations, managers consistently make time to mentor and coach graduates, regardless of how busy they may be. There's a strong emphasis on encouraging questions and seeking clarity. Managers are deeply committed to your success, continuously offering constructive feedback to help you realise your full potential.

All of my managers have been really friendly and helpful, no negative experiences so far. Managers are very busy, but get trained and have usually been at the company since they were grads themselves (so understand what you'e going through and the learning curve). Performance feedback is usually pretty structured with feedback forms etc

Some great mentors available, easy to get along with which breaks down any potential hierarchy barriers. Structured feedback is followed and maintained.

Managers are accessible, everyone is very busy and it is on you to get your own feedback in order to have your work recognised

Managers are generally approachable. They give generous recognition and improvement points during end of engagement feedback session.

The managers that I have worked with over my time at Pitcher Partners have made themselves available for discussions and have proven to be valuable mentors. There is a slight preference toward informal communication but scheduled meetings are encouraged where required. Managers are thorough with performance feedback.
