  • Good culture, great calendar of events, and learning and development opportunities.
  • The people, they genuinely care about your progression both personally and professionally.
  • Everyone is super welcoming, and happy to help each other out. Work is diverse and I have learned a number of new tasks and skills.
  • Some of the work can be repetitive but it is mitigated by opportunity to improve and transfer skills between clients.
  • The environment can be fast paced and there are often a lot of tasks to manage.
  • We are currently undergoing software updates to our system which can be frustrating at times.

Each day can look very different. I spend a lot of time building relationships with my colleagues and advising clients - whether this be over the phone or via email. The rest of my time is spent meeting our client’s needs, whether this be compliance or business planning.

In Melbourne, we have recently had an office refurbishment, with two new kitchens and better meeting rooms and common space. Dress code is dress for your day - very flexible.

I had two interviews, the first one online followed by an interview in the office. I also had to complete online psychometric testing. Questions such as why I am interested in accounting and audit specifically, as well as various behavioral questions that required me to apply an experience I had personally had. I feel we are a little underpaid at times - however we get so much value out of work benefits such as the Grad College experience, CA support, training support and other office functions. In office massage days once a month.

Work 7.5 hours daily in the office. Potential to WFH but I prefer to learn in office. The firm is flexible so long as your work is done and you are meeting deadlines.
