I joined 2degrees in February of 2021 and have enjoyed my time here ever since! I have learnt so much and definitely feel like a part of the 2degrees family. We are treated as equals no matter our position and are always welcome to take on new challenges.
The best thing about being a grad at 2degrees is the infinite number of possibilities and the amount of support we receive from people all over the business. Everyone has been wonderful to work with and in no way have we missed out on any opportunities because we are graduates.
So far, I have worked as a Data Analyst/Visualisation Expert in the Technology Insights team and a Project Coordinator within PMO. Having the opportunity to work in these different roles has been amazing and I am so grateful that this programme allowed me to do so.
Although I am sad to be finishing up with the programme at the end of this year, I am really looking forward to seeing where in 2degrees I end up, thanks all the experience and incredible skills I have gained along the way.
