In my perspective, an internship is the most crucial part of a student's life. Before getting completely into a corporate world, working as an intern helps the students get a glimpse of the corporate world and corporate culture.

I would say that if someone is currently doing graduation and has little or no experience, they should not hesitate to grab unpaid internships. When you gain more experience, money and paid internships will gradually come to you.

Students should definitely take up internships. They should grab the opportunity to work in any organization, gain exposure and develop the necessary skills. The experience that we build over the years helps us in getting a better job profile.

In my opinion, the importance of an internship lies in the career that you ultimately want to pursue. If your future career demands experience, then taking on internships is the right thing to do.

Do not get disheartened if you are not selected for one, there are numerous other companies out there in the corporate world. Have a positive, knowledge-welcoming attitude towards everything.
