Awesome team leaders and area leads. They always are open to talk too and even send check in emails. Our meetings even included time to catch up with the team and see how we are feeling both work wise or personal.

I have a monthly 1:1 meeting with my team leader where we can discuss any concerns I may have. These are always addressed. We also complete surveys for the company and there have been actions recently where our concerns have been heard and actioned.
