There is always space for growth at EI. It’s been 6 months and already I am starting to run a group. Didn't think I would do that if you asked me this last year.

They have a lot of great initiatives e.g. yoga, meditation for mental health and wellbeing.

Level playing field amongst team members where everyone is respected and valued regardless of their role or status in the company. Everyone is extremely supportive and super friendly.

I think EI is open to diversity. I felt no discrimination in my hire or at work.

Each day looks different. It may start with admin in the morning which may include session preparation, assessment scoring, replying to emails or report writing. Then going out to see 2-3 participants, either at their home or at a place in the community.

Awesome team leaders and area leads. They always are open to talking to and even sending checking emails. Our meetings even included time to catch up with the team and see how we are feeling both work-wise or personal.

The office is great and open plan so you can always talk to your coworkers. There are rooms that can be booked for quiet time. Great food in the office at all times.

Quickest and easiest process. Received a phone call to offer interview times that were very flexible. Went through the first interview and were asked some interesting questions that weren't the same as other jobs. The interviewer had such a calm aura that my usual anxious mind didn't feel like it was spiralling.

I'm really satisfied. It is better than I expected as a new graduate and we also get a company car, which is fully serviced and maintained, including fuel and tolls. There are also bonuses paid or a day off if we go over our client-facing targets.

I feel that I have learnt my whole degree and more at EI. the Off to flying start program had really let us hit the ground running and even then, it's being modified to our feedback.

38 hours per week that I can complete in a super flexible way. For example, I like to work a long Monday and Tuesday and then leave at lunchtime on Fridays.
