What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
The pay starts at an average level but within my past 6 months with EI, I have received 3 pay increases which is very competitive with other organizations.

Reasonable for a new graduate Have had x3 pay rises within my 9 months at the company If hit over KPI - can either take pay increase for extra hours or a flexi day (day off but do not need to use leave)

I'm really satisfied. It is better than I expected as a new graduate and we also get a company car, which is fully serviced and maintained, including fuel and tolls. There are also bonuses paid or a day off if we go over our client facing targets.

I think the pay is fair. You can also access bonuses if you are performing over your KPIs. I also have a company car where petrol is paid for and I am able to use for personal use also.
