How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
38 hours per week that I can complete in a super flexible way. For example, I like to work a long Monday and Tuesday and then leave a lunch time on Fridays.

Very flexible. I work slightly longer Monday to Thursday so can then finish early on Friday. If I have a personal appointment I can easily put this into my calendar and managers trust I will make up those hours throughout the week. Very encouraging of taking leave/time off as needed.

So work hours are 38 hours a week and 25 of this being Client facing hours. This means you can choose how many hours you work each day as long as you meet those targets. For me that looks like early Friday finishes every week and o achieve that I just work a little hard on Monday and Tuesday. I find that I am not the most talkative in the morning so I book out mentoring at 9 am and start seeing participants from 11am onwards. I don't like late finishes, so I make sure to book my latest appointments to finish at 5pm

Very flexible work hours. Sometimes it can lead to poor time management but that's on me

- I work a full-time 38 hour week - My workplace is very flexible in how I can work these hours. - Personally, I work shorter days on Fridays and generally keep this day as an admin/catch-up day. This is what works for me. - I can work in my personal appointments/commitments to work in with my calendar.
