Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
FDM hosts events throughout the year to connect and socialize with other consultants.

FDM and their client push people to be curious, ask questions and have a can do mindset. 80% of the colleagues in my team are o?shore, so connecting with them is challenging. FDM after work meet ups are great and helps with the socializing aspect.

The company culture is very formal and professional. The team I work for is very accommodating and is willing to help with whatever help is needed. Not much after hour activities.

The culture in the office is great, everyone will try to chat with one another to get to know each other, given we are hybrid working. The managers are always looking out for you with monthly catchups and ensuring you are enjoying what you are doing in the team, and your role. The teamwork is great as the tech model we use on client site is what makes it good, it helps bring everyone together for their opinions on story estimation etc. There are usual events out of work which gets everyone together after hours, and I play basketball out of work with a number of work colleagues.
