The FDM CX Manager and Account Manager were both very supportive of me throughout my time in training and while on client site. They were only a phone call away and would go above and beyond to ensure that a strong support system is in place to help you thrive while in client site.

Account managers are always available to assist you with any questions or guidance. They will always provide insight on if you are doing well with the clients, or provide feedback on how to improve, and excel in the role.

The managers are great and very friendly. At the beginning of my placement, the contact was quite consistent but understandably died down office I had gotten comfortable with the client I was placed with. I would say that it would have been beneficial to have more communication with managers as my contract is coming to an end. I really only hear from the Consultant Experience Team, which is helpful but only really on an emotional level rather than a practical, next steps kind of level. We have calls frequently telling regarding what the end of the contract will look like with the HR team. But this is on a quite generic basis and not so much catered to my situation.

My current and previous manager were both great, they were di?erent but both are great mentors. They are very accessible for any question or cofficerns you may have. They provide IDP (Individual development plan) every year for topics/?elds you could improve in or learn. They touch base with you often to ensure you are enjoying what you are doing and if of any cofficerns. Praises and recognition are there too, my manager will know of any good work I do and give recognition
