Please describe the training programmes at your company and tell us what skills you've picked up.
The training speci?cally for me could have been better. The overall program was great but most of the topics I was taught in the training I have done in University. The skills I de?nitely did pick up was the soft skills and some technical skills, but office you are onsite with your client, it is very different from what you were taught in the training. The technical skills from the training program was only slightly correlated to my current role, but de?nitely the professional skills part of the training has helped me a lot.

The main takeaway from my training was communicating in a formal setting. Not only do they provide a fundamental technical course, they also have a presentation skills class. The technical course for me was minor as I already had the tech background.

I loved the training overall. It was quite gruelling and challenging at times, with full days of content and tests. But I appreciated the intensity and pressure to pass. We had a few people who had to drop out from our course due to repeat failures on a module and that further motivated me to work really hard so that I wouldnt end up in the same scenario. I thought the teachers were excellent and always had the time to provide further assistance and guidance. The content and flow of the modules was very engaging and interesting, which made the course that much more enjoyable. I think most importantly, the training provided me with great foundational knowledge that helped me land the placement I am currently with (and will be internalising within the coming months).
