FDM is flexible with your work hours as long as their client is also flexible

FDMs client is very flexible with work hours, but occasionally they do request you to stay on later to meet deadlines, especially when your project go-live is upcoming.

The recommended days to work in the office are two days a week. But this is not enfofficed and some of the teams dont show us to the office at all. Each working day is 8 hours, but when there is an application release you are asked to be available if there is an issue with the release during the weekends which can vary in hours worked.

I work usual 9 am - 6pm or 8.30 am - 5.30 pm. My company is quite flexible with our hours since our team consist of colleagues out of Australia. The di?erence in timezone does impact our usual day to day work as most colleagues come on later in the afternoon for Australian time. If there is a need for me to work later due to having to upskill o?shore colleagues, my company is flexible with me starting later and ?nishing later.
