Never been told about promotion opportunities.

First you become a graduate accountant if start from when you graduate university. Then after a year or so of being there you progress to being an accountant. then you do CA for 3 or so years and when finish this then you become a senior accountant.

At this stage, promotion and progression opportunities haven't really been discussed with me- I didn't expect this at this early stage while still learning and working only part-time. However from observation of other staff, progression opportunities seem to be made readily available.
