Application Process & Interviews at Findex New Zealand

The interview process itself was grand, the interactions with HR and getting my contract sorted took longer than expected. Was given wrong contract etc

A bit random, was given no set starting date, no clue on how my contract works, and got in touch with absolutely no one as soon as I started about how I'm doing until 4 months after I signed up.

Hiring went smoothly

My only complaint was after first applying for the job, the process of arranging interview times, and start date took quite a long time. However interview was relaxed, not uncomfortable at all. Training and initiation are great.

Process was really good for me. Communication with Findex was really good.

Didn't have one.

Questions about my ideas for career future, what areas of accounting I was most interested in. Discussion of what was involved in job, questions about my past work experience and study.
