we had a week of graduate training when i first started then since then we have had monthly catch ups with my manager to see how things are going. Have had afew manager training sessions with the other grad also as to how to review work etc. On the job training we have had TMNZ sessions etc. Have just started more grad training weekly for the next 6 months or so to help us learn more. Have picked up various skills from all these.

Online training meetings and videos. In person training with manager, as well as with staff member who had started previous year and understood training experience well.
