A bit difficult, considering I'm an intern also needing to complete my university studies, I am expected to be in the office quite a bit. And given no time to study at all during working hours.

They are very flexible when it comes to work hours like if you have an appointment you can go to that as long as make up the hours for the week that are required.

I think that the ability to work flexibly from home and the productivity percentage in timesheets allows for a fairly flexible week.

Workplace has been very flexible and understanding about hours- unfortunately I have not been able to work as many hours as I would like due to my own conflicting schedule (childcare etc). Perhaps more support for working from home more regularly would help with this.
