Culture as far as hiring women and international students seems to be strong. However, most directors are white and almost all are men, so more work to be done in diversifying upper levels.

We have a good mix of diverse people - we probably have more men than women working in our firm, but it is almost even which is better than other companies. Maternity leave for women is supported as well as new mother's returning to the workplace are given flexible working arrangements in order to pick up children from childcare and so forth.
