At Suntory Oceania we are passionate about creating a culture of inclusion and belonging, where all of our people can thrive.

We have always held a place for ALL genders and identities to be valued. One way we support this is by having a gender equal Paid Parental Leave Policy, supporting all parents equally.

In 2024, we have sharpened our focus on supporting women at work. Our Employee Impact Group focuses on generating action to support and develop current and future women of the workplace. We have a standing network, for all to join, where people come together to share experiences, learn from others, seek inspiration, and upskill. We will be seeking deeper insights to uncover and remove barriers for women stepping in to leadership positions.

We have been active in reviewing our flexibility and hybrid working guidelines, Parental Leave, and Workplace Adjustments. We are proud to announce that we have been Family Friendly Accredited through Parents at Work – meaning we are recognised as a certified family-friendly employer.

We are proud to share that we have gender pay equity across Australia and New Zealand, published by WGEA for the first time this year. Gender pay equity is just the beginning in establishing workplace equity and we remain committed to investing in various ways to support our entire workforce. Introducing additional training opportunities, implementing supportive policies, and fostering educational initiatives all contribute to creating an environment where every member of our team feels empowered to bring their authentic selves to work every day.

We proudly partner with Dignity, providing free period products for our people while supporting Dignity to provide free period products to those without access. With a vision of achieving period equity in Aotearoa, Dignity is changing the game for periods, paving the way for a brighter, more inclusive future where nobody is held back by the limitations of their periods.
