At Suntory Oceania we are passionate about creating a culture of inclusion and belonging, where all of our people can thrive.

Suntory Oceania are Gold Partners of Pride Pledge and are recognised as ‘subscribers who have gone the extra mile to show their support for rainbow inclusion and diversity, and to implement this within their organisations’. The Pride Pledge is a values-based commitment that organisations and individuals take to demonstrate dedication to the safety, visibility and inclusion of the rainbow members of their community and workforce, both internally and externally.

We remain focused on education, awareness, and creating a sense of belonging for our rainbow communities. Led by our Rainbow Employee Impact Group, we have been offering education sessions and workshops and proudly engaging with Pride Pledge to enhance policies, processes and practises.
