The recruitment process involves an online virtual interview, and the in-person discovery and assessment day where you will be invited to our offices to learn more about the company and the role. As part of the discovery day, candidates also complete an interview, and case study/group activity.

It took a long time to confirm the job once I had been offered it, and it was left a little late in the year compared to other companies. The process itself was nice though, getting to go to the office and meet the team for the assessment center was awesome, to get a feel for the place.
