The hiring process is a great eye opener on what Frucor Suntory is all about - it is not just an assessment process for our recruitment team, but it is also an opportunity for grads to assess Frucor as an employer. The recruitment process involves an online virtual interview, and the in-person discovery and assessment day where you will be invited to our offices to learn more about the company and the role. As part of the discovery day, candidates also complete an interview, and case study/group activity.

It took a long time to confirm the job once I had been offered it, and it was left a little late in the year compared to other companies. The process itself was nice though, getting to go to the office and meet the team for the assessment center was awesome, to get a feel for the place.

We had an assessment day that was very full on but we felt very supported the entire time. It was not daunting at any point and we still knew how to have fun

Firstly a video interview, followed by a interview/workshop session where I presented a case study I had prepared, and was then interviewed by 2 interviewers. This was followed by an interview with the CFO.

Firstly, you submit your CV and Cover Letter. A phone interview is conducted and if successful, you are invited to the assessment centre where interviews will also take place. Following this is the psychometric testing and if all goes well an offer is made.
